Photography Services Policy
The Missouri S&T Department of Communications offers limited photography services to the campus, and only when scheduling allows. Types of photography include check presentations, awards and special campus events. For more information or to submit a photo request, call 341-4260 or 341-4328 or email news@mst.edu. Advance notice of 48 hours is required.
Photography pricing
There is a $25 per hour charge per photographer for both digital and print
photography. There is an additional $5 fee to burn digital images to CD. (See

Contracted photography
Missouri S&T has contracts with two local photographers. Departments should
contact them directly for pricing and scheduling.

Prints, digital images and enlargements
Reprints of any print photographs ordered through the Communications Department
are available at the following rates: $3 for 3x5" and 4x6" prints, $5
for 5x7" prints and $10 for 8x10" prints.
Digital images are provided on CD to requesting departments for a fee of $5 per CD.
It is the department's responsibility to handle the ordering of prints and enlargements from digital files. Slides, prints and negatives must remain in the Communications Department and will be provided directly to the ordering department's preferred vendor.

Recent and frequently requested images are available for download at: www.flickr.com/photos/missourisandt.
If you need further assistance, the Communications Department maintains an
image library. Please call 341-4260 or 341-4328 to schedule an appointment.
Please allow 24 hours advance notice.
CDs of selected images may be provided for a $5 fee. A CD is required for five or more images. Fewer than five images may be emailed to the requestor.
Camera loan policy
The following cameras are available for faculty and staff to borrow for
snapshot photography for check presentations, awards ceremonies, receptions and
other events. Borrowing departments assume full responsibility for the
equipment in case of damage, theft or loss. An agreement form must be signed
before cameras are released. A valid staff or faculty ID is required. (See
attached camera loan agreement form.) Advance notice of 24 hours is required.
